this has also been given to me by a dentists for biting on to help reline teeth to avoid getting a brace, when I was young.

My recent dentist suggested sage, a good plant to stimulate actual teeth growth.

He also said any plant with fibre.

Nuts have strengthening effect, be careful that there are no nut shells left in.

Carrots and apple help induce holding quality.

Cloves are good to induce a numbing effect in the event of tooth ache.

A herbalist said myrrh is a good rinse for teeth. It helps to grow the teeth.  Myrrh is made from a tree resin,

the tree is difficult to grow over here as it prefers desert conditions.
